The main objective of this paper is to know the satisfaction levels of employees of SCCL over the HRD Climate through the opinion analysis and also to find out the differences between opinion of general employees and executives over the HRD Climate of the SCCL.In this study the researchers took the sample size of 400, while selecting the sample of workers for the study, a multistage random sampling technique has been used. An assumption was made in the study that “there is no significant difference between perceptions of workers to executives towards role of HRD Climate in the SCCL”. The test of difference between two means was used at 5% significance level. As calculated value (3.95) is more than the table value (1.96) the hypothesis is rejected. This shows that there is a significant difference of perception towards HRD Climate by both the workers and executives</p>}, number={2}, journal={Management Insight}, author={Y.
