About the Journal

Commerce Research Review places great emphasis on rigorous and timely analysis of submitted manuscripts which undergo a double-blind peer-review process. We aim to be a rigorous scientific journal in terms of argumentation and methodology. CRR publishes researhes from disciplines such as accounting, finance, taxation, marketing, logistics, information and knowledge management by an organisation.

Commerce, in an academic context, refers to the study of activities and processes related to the buying, selling, and exchanging of goods, services, or ideas among individuals, organizations, or nations. This field encompasses the analysis of market trends, understanding consumer behaviour, accounting practices, marketing strategies, cyber security challenges, managing distribution, handling financial challenges, navigating legal frameworks, and making strategic decisions, and entrepreneurial interventions, information and knowledge management within the context of commerce. The goal is to provide a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of business and trade.

Peer Review

In the peer=review process time-limits govern the length of time for referees to provide their report, and for authors to revise their papers. It is done in order to guarantee that all papers are still up-to-date and relevant by the time they get to be published.

Open Access

All articles are published Open Access, so are made freely available at no charge to the author. All articles published in CRR are published under a CC BY 4.0 licence. For further information on licencing please see the “For Authors” section. The peer review process is done in three steps majorly;

  1. All articles undergo an initial assessment by the journal editor for desk screening.
  2. After the desk screening if the articles are considered suitable for peer review, articles will then be reviewed by a minimum of two external reviewers to assess their suitability for publication.
  3. The final responsibility for editorial decisions rests with the journal’s managing editor.
