Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Editorial Policies and Guidelines For Contributors :
1. The Research Paper along with the abstract should not exceed 5000 words including tables and figures by .Manuscript should be in MS-Word written in Times New Roman font of 12 size with 1.5 line spacing with 1 inches margin in all the four sides. The Abstract along with 4 to 5 Key Words should not be more than 300 Words
2. The cover page should contain the title of the paper, author's name and brief profile along with the e-mail and the contact numbers
3. Since Journal follows a blind peer review procedure , author's name should not appear anywhere in the paper except the cover page. It facilitates the peer blind review process.
4. Author should send one separate sheet with Title of the paper ,abstract, summary of the paper and key words, along with the paper.
5. All the tables and figures must be serially numbered and labeled. Source should be cited wherever necessary.
6. References should be cited at the end of the paper. This list should mention only those sources cited in the text of the paper. While giving references Authors are required to follow APA style of referencing. Reference list should contain all the sources which are mentioned in the main text of the manuscript. Reference list should not contain any entry which is not mentioned in the main text. Reference list entries should be alphabetized by the last names of the first author of each work. Journal names and book titles should be italicized. Given below is the illustration for referencing paper:
(a). Referencing style for citing a Journal paper:

(d).Referencing style for online document:

(7). Correspondence and proofs for correction will be sent to the corresponding author. The research paper will be published after receipt of the corrected proofs from the authors.
(8)  Research Paper should be sent through e-mail at …………………………………………..
(9) No research paper published in the journal…………. should be reprinted/ reproduced in any form, either fully or partially .   Journal …………………………….reserves the right of making editorial amendments wherever necessary.
(10) The Managing Editor reserve the right to reject/ return to the author(s) any manuscript that in their opinion is not suitable for publication or making editorial amendments wherever found necessary.
(11) When published, the Authors would receive One Copy of the Journal. Correspondence would be sent to the Corresponding a u t h o r only in case of the Multiple Authors.
(12)  No charges has to be paid by the contributor of the paper for publishing the paper since the objective of this journal is only to promote the world class Research & Development based publications

(13) Plagiarism  :

The received publication manuscripts must be checked for plagiarism through standard defined mechanisms. Only the paper below 10% Plagiarism Test on standard Plagiarism Software like Turnitin/Urkund will be accepted. The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject any such manuscript found very high on plagiarism (to the extent of 40% and above). If the plagiarism is between 10% to 40%  a chance may be given by the Editorial Board to revise the paper and kepp it below 10% of plagiarism level.

(14) Declaration of Originality

A separate page requiring Declaration by the Author(s) in terms of originality and exclusivity of the sent paper be placed on SMS website which needs to be filled-up and either sent by email or post to the Managing Editor has been made mandatory.

(15) Ethics Policy

        Ethics Policy of the journal must be followed by the Contributors of the paper
