Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is double-spaced; uses a 11-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

          Any manuscript submitted to journals should be original and not published before in its current or a similar form.

  • Undertaking by authors that the paper is original and has not been submitted elsewhere, and should not be under consideration by any other publication, and there is no conflict of interest.
  • The title page should include Title; Author names, affiliations, contact numbers and email id; Corresponding author; Sponsoring Organizations and Acknowledgement if any
  • Guidelines for Text:

Font: Times New Roman; Font Size: 12 (English)

Line Spacing: 1.15 between lines

Page Margins: One-inch margins on the left and right sides

Headings: Times New Roman; Font Size 12, Non-Italic Bold

Sub-Headings: Times New Roman; Font Size 12, Italic; Sub-Headings should be numbered like 1.1 (then 1.1.1, 1.1.2, ...), 1.2, etc.

Tables: Font Size 10, inserted at the right place with proper numbering and labelling at the  top of the table.

Figures: High Resolution, inserted at the right place with proper numbering and labelling at the top of the figure.

References: Font Size 11, APA Format

  • Guidelines for Abstract:

Abstract should not be more than 300 words (including the Key Words) and should mention the following points of the study: purpose and significance, design, methods, novelty and outcome.

  • Format of Manuscript:

All pages of the manuscript, excluding the title page, should be numbered consecutively at the right corner of the page.

The content of the manuscript should normally be in 4000 to 5000 words and is expected to be in the following order:

  • Title of Paper
  • Authors' Details (Name, Affiliation, Institute/University, E-Mail, Mobile No.)  
  • Abstract (in 250 to 300 words)
  • Keywords: Maximum of 4-6 keywords.
  • Introduction
  • Literature Review
  • Research Gap
  • Research Objectives
  • Research Methodology
  • Analysis & Discussion
  • Research Findings
  • Conclusion
  • Recommendations
  • Scope for Future Research
  • Limitations of the Study
  • References: References must be written according to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (7th edition) guidelines. Responsibility for the accuracy of bibliographic citations lies entirely with the authors.
  • Citations in the text: Please ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list (and vice versa). Avoid citation in the abstract. Unpublished results and personal communications should not be in the reference list but may be mentioned in the text.
  • Citing and listing of web references: As a minimum, the full URL should be given. Any further information, if known (author names, dates, reference to a source publication, etc.), should also be given. Web references can be listed separately as per the APA 7th Edition Guidelines (e.g., after the reference list) under a different heading if desired, or can be included in the reference list
  • Text: Citations in the text must follow the referencing style used by the American Psychological Association. The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (Seventh Edition) must be referred to.
  • List: References must be arranged alphabetically and then sorted chronologically if necessary.
  • Use the text's author/date system of reference (e.g., Chomsky, 1997). Gather the references alphabetically after the text, using last names and first initials.
  • Original Articles: Original articles must report research work which has not been published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
